Bynn Intelligence, Inc. (Bynn) provides every product below. ZOREAL and DecisionNode publish their own terms of service and privacy notices (the Product Terms), which govern them; PDFChecker is part of ZOREAL Verify and is governed by ZOREAL's. Agemin and Detector24 run on the Bynn platform and are governed by the Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy on this site, as Section 3 of the Terms of Use provides.
Transition. For a Customer that accepts the Terms of Use on or after 17 October 2026, the allocation of terms on this page applies from that acceptance. For a Customer that accepted the Bynn Intelligence Inc. Terms & Conditions of 21 May 2025 (the Prior Terms), the allocation of terms on this page takes effect on 17 November 2026, at least thirty (30) days after Bynn's notice of it, and the Prior Terms govern until then. Any right the Prior Terms give that Customer to object to a change and to terminate with a refund continues for the period the Prior Terms give.
Section 1. How product terms work
#Products with their own terms. Where a product publishes Product Terms, they govern your use of that product, and the Bynn Terms of Use apply to it only where the Product Terms or an Order Form expressly say so.
Products on the Bynn platform. Agemin and Detector24 publish no terms of their own. An account created on their websites, on dashboard.bynn.com or through the Bynn API is an Account on the Bynn platform, and the Bynn Terms of Use govern it and the Plans bought through it, as Section 3.2 of the Terms of Use provides.
ZOREAL services on the Bynn platform. Identity verification, KYC and KYB checks, AML screening and ZOREAL Verify document fraud detection, PDFChecker included, are ZOREAL services. The ZOREAL terms govern them wherever they are reached, on zoreal.com, on pdfchecker.com, on dashboard.bynn.com or through the Bynn API; on an Account used for both, the ZOREAL terms govern the ZOREAL services and the Bynn Terms of Use the rest, as Section 3.3 of the Terms of Use provides.
Enterprise engagements. An enterprise engagement that includes a product, such as a deployment of ZOREAL Verify or a DecisionNode integration built by Bynn, is governed by the Order Form and the Terms of Use, with the product's Product Terms applying to the product itself unless the Order Form expressly changes them.
Section 2. ZOREAL

They govern every ZOREAL service, including identity verification, KYC, KYB, AML screening and ZOREAL Verify document fraud detection reached through dashboard.bynn.com or the Bynn API, and PDFChecker, the document forensics of ZOREAL Verify offered on pdfchecker.com. Until a ZOREAL notice covers pdfchecker.com, the Bynn Privacy Policy describes the data processed there.
